Ha Tinh Ant-wood represents a step above our plantation oud in resin content, aromatic depth, and complexity.

Selected from resin-rich agarwood formed with natural insect activity, this material carries a more mature character and a noticeably deeper scent when heated. The wood is carefully selected for its resin distribution and aromatic quality before being prepared as oud chips.

Compared with Ha Tinh Plantation Oud Chips, Ant-wood offers greater richness, stronger presence, and a more layered aromatic experience.

Aroma

Under gentle heat, Ha Tinh Ant-wood releases a warm and concentrated woody aroma with a smooth natural sweetness.

As the temperature gradually increases, deeper resinous tones begin to emerge, accompanied by earthy and subtle herbal nuances. The scent becomes fuller and more persistent, with a richer body than plantation-grade oud while remaining smooth and well balanced.

How to Enjoy

For the best experience, place a small chip on a Subitism or temperature-controlled electric burner.

Begin with gentle heat and gradually increase the temperature. This allows the sweeter and softer facets to appear first, followed by the deeper resinous character of the wood.

Traditional charcoal can also be used, though controlled indirect heat is recommended for a more detailed appreciation of the aroma.
