A Clean and Approachable Ha Tinh Oud

Ha Tinh is one of Vietnam’s most recognized regions for cultivated agarwood. Its climate and growing conditions are particularly well suited to Aquilaria crassna, producing plantation oud with a clean and pleasant aromatic character.

Our Ha Tinh Organic Oud Chips come from cultivated trees over 10 years old. After inoculation, the trees are allowed approximately three years to develop resin before harvesting.

This is the most accessible agarwood chip in our Ha Tinh range, suitable for daily enjoyment as well as for those beginning to explore natural Vietnamese oud.

Aroma

When gently heated, the wood releases a smooth woody aroma with warm sweetness, earthy depth and subtle herbal nuances.

As the temperature rises, the scent becomes richer and more resinous, while remaining clean and easy to enjoy. Compared with Ha Tinh Ant-wood, the profile is lighter and less complex, making it especially suitable for regular burning.

How to Enjoy:

For the best aromatic experience, use a small chip on a Subitism or temperature-controlled electric burner. Begin at a low temperature and gradually increase the heat to explore the different stages of the wood’s aroma.

Traditional charcoal may also be used, although controlled indirect heat allows the scent to develop more gradually and clearly.
